Customer Logo Usage Rights

By purchasing our services, you grant EventPlan LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your company name and logo for the following purposes:

  • Marketing Materials: Including your logo in promotional materials, case studies, and presentations

  • Social Media: Sharing your logo on our social media channels to showcase our client relationships

  • Portfolio: Using your logo to demonstrate our experience and client base

Restrictions on Logo Usage:

  • We will use logos in a professional manner consistent with your brand guidelines

  • We will not imply endorsement or testimonials unless separately agreed

  • We will not modify, alter, or misrepresent your logo

  • You may request removal of your logo at any time by contacting info@eventplan.ai

Your Logo Rights:

  • You retain all ownership rights to your logo and trademarks

  • You may withdraw permission for logo usage with 30 days written notice

  • We will remove your logo within a reasonable timeframe upon request

  • Vendor Relations: You are responsible for all vendor selection, contracts, and coordination

  • Attendee Management: You are responsible for all attendee communications and logistics

  • Legal Compliance: You must ensure your events comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Information Accuracy: You must provide accurate information for service customization

Service Limitations

  • Guidance Only: Our services provide guidance and templates, not event management

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee event success or outcomes

  • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party vendors, venues, or service providers

  • Local Requirements: You are responsible for understanding local regulations and requirements

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • "AS IS" BASIS: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

10. Account Termination

Termination by You

  • You may stop using our services at any time

  • Account deletion requests can be submitted to info@eventplan.ai

  • Previously purchased services and materials remain subject to intellectual property restrictions

Termination by EventPlan

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Misuse our intellectual property

  • Provide false information

  • Engage in prohibited conduct

Effect of Termination

  • Access to your account and materials may be revoked

  • No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts (except as required by law)

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Rafael, California. You consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at info@eventplan.ai.

Limitation Period

Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose.

15. General Terms

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EventPlan regarding our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

Survival

Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination of these Terms.
